EasyTaxis mainly provides private airport transfers. This means the vehicle is reserved for you and your travel group, not shared with other passengers.

Standard luggage is included according to the selected vehicle type. If you are travelling with extra-large luggage, sports equipment or many bags, please choose a suitable vehicle or contact us before booking.

Yes. You can cancel or amend your reservation, but the refund or voucher outcome depends on how close the cancellation is to your scheduled transfer time.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled transfer time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time are eligible for a 1-year voucher equal to the booking amount.

Cancellations made between 12 and 6 hours before the scheduled transfer time are eligible for a 1-year voucher equal to 30% of the booking amount.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled transfer time are non-refundable.

Cancellation requests should be submitted by email or WhatsApp with your booking details and reason for cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your request according to the cancellation time and booking conditions.
