We monitor your flight using your flight number. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost.
How and where will I meet my private driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name clearly written on it. We can also send the driver’s contact details before your journey.
Are your airport transfer prices fixed?
Yes. Our airport transfer prices are fixed and confirmed before you travel, so you know the cost in advance.
Are there any hidden fees or extra costs for luggage?
No. The price shown during booking is the final transfer price. Standard luggage, airport pickup and local transfer costs are included unless clearly stated otherwise.
Can I cancel or change my transfer?
Yes. You can cancel or amend your transfer up to 6 hours before pickup. Refund and voucher conditions apply depending on the cancellation time.
